DV1177 - Reports display the same data over and over.

The information in this article applies to:

• DOVICO Timesheet 10.x

Symptoms:

Reports in DOVICO Timesheet displays the same report over an over again.  There is a setting in Ineternet Explorer.  Under Tool, Internet Options, General Tab, Browsing History, select settings.  Temporary Internet Files.  Internet Explorer stores copies of webpages, images, and media for faster viewing later.

This is set to the wrong setting causing the problem.

Cause:

The cause is if Temporary Internet Files option Check for newer versions of stored pages: is set to Never

Resolution:

• Change the Check for nevwer version of stored pages: to Automatically.
