If your are experiencing issues with the functionality of Dovico Timesheet while using Internet Explorer/Firefox it is recommended that you first follow the steps below to clear your Temporary Internet file cache in your web browser. For Internet Explorer users, if clearing your Temporary Internet Files cache did not resolve the browsing issues please follow the directions below to reset Internet Explorer settings.

Clearing Web Browser Temporary Internet Files Cache:

 For Internet Explorer:

Steps to Clear Internet Explorer 6 Temporary Files

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Go to the Tools Menu
  3. Click on Internet Options
  4. On the General Tab, Delete Temporary Files (Put a check in Delete Offline Content)

Steps to Clear Internet Explorer 7 Temporary Files

  1. From the Tools menu in the upper right, select Delete Browsing History.
  2. Next to "Temporary Internet Files", click Delete files... .
  3. To delete your cookies, click Delete Cookies.
  4. Click Close, and then click OK to exit.

Steps to Clear Internet Explorer 8 Temporary Files

  1. From the Safety menu in the upper right, click Delete Browsing History... .
  2. Check Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History, and then click Delete.

For Firefox:

Steps to Clear Firefox 3.5 Temporary Internet Files

  1. From the Tools menu in the upper right, select Delete Browsing History.
  2. Next to "Temporary Internet Files", click Delete files... .
  3. To delete your cookies, click Delete Cookies.
  4. Click Close, and then click OK to exit.

Steps to Clear Firefox 3 Temporary Internet Files

  1. From the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data.
  2. Check Cache and Cookies.
  3. Click Clear Private Data Now.

Steps to Reset Internet Explorer Setting:

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Go to the Tools Menu
  3. Click on Internet Options
  4. Click on Restore Defaults
  5. Go to the Programs Tab
  6. Click on Reset Web Settings
  7. Go to the Security Tab
  8. Click on Default Level button
  9. On the General Tab, Delete Temporary Files (Put a check in Delete Offline Content)

Steps to Reset Internet Explorer 7 & 8 Settings

  1. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
  2. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  3. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
  4. When Internet Explorer finishes applying default settings, click Close, click OK, and then click OK again.
  5. Close Internet Explorer.

Your changes will take effect the next time you open Internet Explorer.
